The event is held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex), located at 382 Yuejiang Zhong Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China. This modern exhibition center spans over 1.5 million square meters and is conveniently accessible via the metro (Pazhou Station, Line 8).

Online registration for the Canton Fair
Registration for overseas buyers is free (additional fees may apply). Here’s how to register:
- Visit the official website: cantonfair.org.cn
- Select “Overseas Buyer”
- Complete the registration form and verify your email address
- If you have to, apply for an e-invitation letter, which is necessary to obtain a business visa
Canton Fair Buyer Badge Pickup
A Buyer Badge is mandatory for entry to the Canton Fair:
- New attendees can pick up free badges on-site if pre-registered online. It is also possible to pick up the badge in designated spots and hotels. Without pre-registration, there is a 100 RMB fee (approx. $15).
- Returning attendees can use their already existing badges, since they remain valid for multiple sessions.
- If you lose your Canton Fair Buyer Badge, you need to replace it. A new badge costs 200 RMB (approx. $30).
