For years, it was the wealthiest city in China. Manufacturers in Jinjiang mainly produce sportswear and sports shoes. It was named &#8220;the Chinese Sports Footwear Cluster.&#8221; Moreover, it is a swimwear and underwear production center. Moreover, there is a large manufacturer of snack foods (dried fruit, packaged nuts, confectionery, and salty snacks) in the Jinjiang Industrial Park. The area accounts for 25% of the value of Chinese candy exports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chendai<\/strong> (\u9648\u57ed) is China&#8217;s largest footwear manufacturing hub, producing over 700 million pairs of shoes annually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industries in Putian<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Putian<\/strong> (\u8386\u7530) has been the center of oil painting for decades. It is where about 30% of oil paintings in the world come from. There is also a concentration of footwear manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Yulun<\/strong> (\u79c0\u5c7f) is a large production hub of jade products such as jewelry and interior decorations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traditional Chinese mahogany furniture, famous all over China, is made in <strong>Xianyou<\/strong> (\u4ed9\u6e38).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fuzhou manufacturers in Fujian Province<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fuzhou<\/strong> (\u798f\u5dde) is the center of the electronics, textile, pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical, machinery, and wood industries. There are many craftsmen making products of lacquer, wood, and ivory. Fuzhou is especially famous for its imaging technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Changle<\/strong> (\u957f\u4e50) produces synthetic fabrics, mainly nylon. It is a port city, so it has developed the shipbuilding and fishing industries. In addition, <a href=\"https:\/\/examinechina.com\/blog\/region-of-stone-production-in-china\/\">Xiamen<\/a> is a high-tech, metal, electronics, petrochemical, and chemical industries hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Xiamen is the largest manufacturer in the sunglasses industry &#8211; 80% of the sunglasses on the market come from there. Many manufacturers of eyewear (prescription glasses, sunglasses, lenses, and other products) are located in <strong>Haicang<\/strong> (\u6d77\u6ca7).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wushipu<\/strong> (\u4e4c\u77f3\u57d4) is one of the world&#8217;s largest oil painting production hubs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are large manufacturers of LED lights in <strong>Huli<\/strong> (\u6e56\u91cc). The main industrial hubs in Fujian are Quanzhou (clothing, footwear, crafts), Putian (paintings, furniture), Fuzhou (fibers and textiles), Xiamen (sunglasses, LED lamps), Ningde (machinery), Longyan (rare metals), and Zhangzhou (clocks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When planning a business trip to China, locate potential suppliers in the industrial area of the product you are looking for.
