How to register for Canton Fair as a trade visitor<\/h2>\n\n\n\nGet an invitation for your visa to China<\/h3>\n\n\n\n Most foreigners must obtain a visa to China<\/a>. For a commercial visa to China, you need an invitation letter. You can get it via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nBuyer e-service tool,<\/a> BEST for short (you need to be registered)<\/li>\n\n\n\nthe Economic & Commercial Office of the Embassy (Consulate General) of the PRC in your country<\/li>\n\n\n\n Canton Fair Call Centre, CFTC<\/li>\n\n\n\n Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n Chinese foreign trade enterprise you cooperate with<\/li>\n\n\n\n CFTC\u2019s Global Cooperative Partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nApply and get your visa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n We recommend submitting your visa application at least several weeks before the trade fair. Visa applications may be submitted in Chinese consulates or Visa Application Service Centers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRegister for the Canton Fair \u2013 overseas buyers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n To skip the line, pre-register for the Canton Fair online. Online registration will save you 2-3 hours of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First, you have to set up an account. Buyer registration is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Go to cantonfair.org.cn\/en-US\/register\/index<\/a> and select \u201cOverseas Buyer\u201d (not based in Mainland China).<\/p>\n\n\n\nChoose one of the options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cI have a buyer badge\u201d if you already have the buyer badge > verify your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n \u201cI don\u2019t have a buyer badge\u201d if you do not have the buyer badge and account > complete the form, agree to the terms, and click \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n \u201cLogin\u201d to log in to an existing account (see how<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Get your buyer badge (if you do not have one yet)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n You must have a badge to enter Canton Fair. The first Canton Fair buyer badge is free of charge. It is valid for multiple Canton Fair sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To apply for a buyer badge online:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nVisit the Buyer e-service tool<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\nChoose \u201cPre-registration.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n Log in or register an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Complete the required information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Pre-apply for a buyer badge and wait for verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Once verified, print the invitation from the Application List.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Bring the return receipt to the site for free badges or your code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Pick up your buyer badge. You can receive your buyer badge at designated counters on-site or in appointed hotels in Guangzhou.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Tickets for Canton Fair<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Once your registration for a chosen session of the Canton Fair is complete, your buyer badge is your ticket for Canton Fair. It gives you access to the area and additional benefits on-site. The overseas buyer ticket for Canton Fair booked online is free. If you lose it, you must pay a fee to get another badge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
